About PhoLicious PhoLicious is a rapidly growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) food company producing shelf\-stable Asian food products for major retailers throughout the United States. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly capable **Operations Manager** who can help lead our manufacturing operation, develop our people, improve our systems, and turn company goals into organized execution. This is a hands\-on leadership position, but we are **not simply looking for a hard worker**. We are looking for a manager who can think critically, plan ahead, solve problems independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of results. The Role The Operations Manager will help oversee approximately 25 \+ employees across our manufacturing operation and work closely with company leadership, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Purchasing, Maintenance, and other departments. The successful candidate must be able to understand the entire operation—not just today's production schedule.
