About HOJIA HOJIA is a California\-based company focused on bringing high\-quality Asian food and beverage brands to the U.S. market. We work across brand development, retail operations, and cross\-border partnerships. Our first U.S. launch, GUIJI, is a premium Taiwanese tea brand known for its commitment to freshness and craftsmanship. As we are growing into new locations and new brands, and we are looking for an operator to help build them. The Role As our first Area Manager, you will lead two to three stores across our brands to start, develop the managers who run them, and open the next ones. The role grows as we do. What You’ll Do * Train and coach Store Managers into strong leaders * Set and hold the standard for quality, food safety, service, and brand across every store * Lead new store openings, from build\-out, permits, and licensing to hiring and opening day * Track store performance (sales, labor, cost) and fix what is off * Keep HOJIA leadership informed on stores, openings, and risks What You Bring * 3\+ years of food and beverage management, including multi\-unit oversight or new store openings * Hands\-on experience with construction, permits, and health inspections...
