**Position Summary:** At Florida Orthopaedic Institute, Medical Assistants are more than clinical support, they are essential members of the patient care team. In this full\-time role, you’ll work directly with a provider to deliver efficient, high\-quality orthopedic care in a fast\-paced clinical environment. You’ll assist with exams, procedures, and patient education while ensuring each individual feels supported and cared for throughout their visit. **Key Responsibilities:** **Clinical Support** * Prepare exam rooms and ensure they are fully stocked and organized for the day * Escort patients to rooms, take vital signs, and update EMR with accurate documentation * Assist with in\-office procedures including injections, dressing changes, and suture removals * Support provider during exams by anticipating needs and maintaining patient comfort * Educate patients on post\-visit instructions and coordinate follow\-ups as directed **Patient Flow \& Teamwork** * Collaborate with fellow CAs, providers, and administrative staff to keep the clinic running smoothly * Communicate clearly with patients and teammates to reduce delays and confusion * Float to nearby clinics as needed to suppo...
