We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations and support accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, highly organized, analytical, and able to work effectively in a fast\-paced environment with changing priorities. **Responsibilities** * Manage daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, A/P, and A/R. * Lead the month\-end and year\-end close and ensure accurate and timely financial statements and P\&L reporting. * Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and other accounting transactions. * Oversee A/R, collections, customer chargebacks, and account discrepancies. * Manage inventory and cost tracking, including inventory reconciliation and adjustments. * Lead or support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures and support external audits. * Supervise, train, and su...
