It does not identify all tasks that may be expected, nor address the performance standards that must be maintained. **General Position Summary:** Directs all medical records functions, all accounting and data processing functions, all business office functions and all material management functions. Functions in an assistant administrator capacity. **Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:** * Prepares and analyses monthly board reports (Balance Sheet, P \& L, etc.). * Directs all banking activities (Checking accounts, loans, etc.). * Directs all patient accounting, payroll, accounts payable and general ledger activities. * Directs all Medical Records activities. * Prepares annual reporting requirements: a. Capital budget (July through October). b. Operating budgets (July through October). c. Rate review package (October through March). d. Annual financial audit (December through March). e.
