**Habitat ReStore Abilene: ReStore Manager** REPORTS TO: Development Manager DIRECT REPORTS: ReStore staff and other employees as assigned, volunteers, and vendors MISSION: The Habitat ReStore’s mission is twofold. First, **it is the front porch of Habitat for Humanity Abilene (HFHA) in the local community**, presenting the mission and scope of HFHA and Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) to the general public. Second, **it generates revenue to be used in the HFHA mission**. The ReStore Manager position leads the ReStore in its missions through driving profitability, meeting budgets, managing a hospitable staff, and providing general administration of the ReStore in support of HFHA operations. POSITION SUMMARY: This is a **working manager** position that requires a strong servant\-leader ethic, ability and willingness to perform manual labor and get hands dirty, and the ability to safely lift/move large loads.
