This is a **hands\-on, site\-focused position**. The engineer will regularly visit active construction sites, coordinate with project managers, general contractors, architects, engineers, installers, and internal fabrication teams, and ensure that actual field conditions match project drawings and requirements. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both with **technical drawings and actual construction conditions in the field**.
