**Overview** Trusty Companion Home Health is seeking a Pennsylvania\-licensed MD or DO for a part\-time Consulting Physician role in Philadelphia. The physician will assist with our home health licensing process and, once we accept our first skilled nursing client, provide periodic professional guidance to the agency. This is primarily a remote advisory position with occasional scheduled meetings. It does not include routine home visits, direct patient care, or serving as each client’s attending physician. **Responsibilities** * Provide a current Pennsylvania medical license and résumé for the licensing application. * Review relevant licensing materials and agency policies, recommend changes when needed, and sign agreed\-upon documents after review. * Participate in a scheduled professional advisory discussion during the licensing stage. * After the first skilled nursing client is accepted, provide periodic guidance to the Administrator and Supervising RN. * Participate in professional advisory activities and the annual review of agency policies and programs. **Qualifications** * Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania MD or DO license. * Experience in home health, skilled nursing, prima...
