**Job Title:** Senior Short\-Form Growth Strategist **Type:** Part\-Time Leading to Full\-Time **Compensation:** Base \+ Performance Incentives **Role Overview** We are seeking a Senior Short\-Form Growth Strategist to lead client\-facing content strategy, viral architecture planning, and performance\-driven short\-form execution. This role is responsible for engineering scalable content systems, writing high\-performance hooks and scripts, managing onboarding and weekly client calls, and driving measurable audience growth. This is not a junior content role.
