The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day\-to\-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The goal is to provide the highest degree of quality care to residents at all times. Given the 24/7 nature of nursing homes, this role may require non\-standard hours, including on\-call responsibilities during nights, weekends, and holidays. The Nursing Home Administrator will primarily focus on management and administrative tasks, interacting with residents, families, staff, and other stakeholders.
