**Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ The State Treasurer's Office (STO) promotes a culture that is a fast\-paced environment that supports high performance, exceptional work product, accountability and collaboration. The Risk Management \& Compliance Manager will identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor organizational risks while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, as well as the agency's governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) strategy. **As a Risk Management \& Compliance Manager your responsibilities will include:** * Analyze complex financial records, transactions, and data to identify irregularities and assist the other State Agencies by providing factual information, technical assistance, and providing support for resolution of issues. * Schedules audits, assigns work to staff, determines time frames, reviews and approves audit reports, and determines priorities of audits. Measures voluntary compliance of Aid to Subdivisions funds received by municipalities and counties by the review and analysis of audited financial statements.
