**Financial Analyst \- Scope of Work** **Job Summary:** As a financial analyst, you will analyze financial data, trends, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to businesses or individuals. Creating financial models, forecasting future performance, and assessing investment opportunities . **Duties/Responsibilities:** * Market Research – work closely with Acquisition team to gather property and market data including site information, governmental regulations, economic growth, demographics, real estate market information including rent and sales comparable, absorption and occupancy trends and amenities and school districts. * Investment Underwriting \- prepares investment models of real estate development projects including pro forma income and expense statement, development budget and investment return summary and recommended capital structure. * Development Packages – creates market study and investment presentations consistent with company guidelines and investor requirements.
