Information about patient treatment is communicated in oral and/or written form in a concise, informative, and timely way and accordance with all regulatory requirements. Support staff or students participating in the care of the patient are supervised to assure the appropriateness and effectiveness of care. **Job Description:** **Essential Duties \& Responsibilities (including but not limited to):** 1\. Evaluates referred patients for age\-appropriate behavior, motor skills, and physiological norms accurately using appropriate tests, measurements, and history. 2\. Develops comprehensive treatment plans in conjunction with the patient and/or family and physician which are based on the evaluation results and include the frequency and duration of treatment, long\- and short\-term goals, and expected functional outcomes. 3\.
