As a Growth Marketing Manager focused on driving growth and adoption of Voyage AI by MongoDB, you will develop and execute growth programs that increase awareness, engagement, and continued usage across the Voyage AI customer journey. You will translate customer and developer needs into compelling lifecycle experiences, campaigns, and experiments across email, in\-product, content, and emerging channels. This role combines product\-led growth, lifecycle marketing, and technical audience marketing. You will partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Analytics, Builder Relations, and Data Science to identify growth opportunities, launch programs, and continuously optimize the Voyage AI customer journey—from discovery and onboarding through activation, adoption, and expansion. You will be responsible for building measurable growth strategies, segmenting audiences, testing messaging and experiences, and using data to improve performance against key business and product adoption goals.
