**Summary** Leads the design, planning, and execution of capital projects for the company. Researches new and used equipment markets to validate new or improved process changes and optimize spending requirements. A key contributor to the continuous improvement initiatives at our manufacturing plants in Oregon, IL and Toledo, OH. Possesses expert knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems to guide the plant teams through technical troubleshooting needs. This position collaborates closely with local management teams to support business objectives and support all aspects of facility maintenance including repairs, spending, safety improvements, capital projects (engineering and project management), and cost reduction opportunities. **Essential Functions** 1\. Support plant EH\&S programs to address compliance, risk management, and opportunities for improved personnel safety. 2\.
