**About The Role** The Business Program Manager will lead cross\-functional business initiatives focused on operational excellence, process transformation, business intelligence, and automation. This role serves as the bridge between Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Logistics, Trade Compliance, Sales Operations, and IT to ensure strategic projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
