**Job Description:** **Starting annual salary $72,500 commensurate upon experience** **JOB SUMMARY** The Budget Analyst prepares, coordinates, and analyzes the budget process for the organization's departments and programs. Further, the Budget Analyst determines how to best allocate current resources and forecast future financial requirements. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for grant financial reporting required by funders. * Forms relationships and gains an understanding of the various departments and program structure in conjunction with their funding streams and/or cost structure. * Develops the overall agency budget in conjunction with Senior Management and program managers. * Maintains reports and budgets in applicable budgeting software system. * Maintains and adjusts personnel allocations. * Assist departments with preparing operating budgets to support the organization's expense management goals. * Develops, reviews, and advises programs on budget proposals to ensure appropriate cost coverage based on proposed statement of work and project work plans. * Update program/project budgets and forecasts in real time based on changing assumptions in revenue, personnel, and...
