**Job Summary** The warehouse manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Matchstick warehouse facility and is accountable for efficient and profitable warehouse activities. This position oversees the storage, organization, and distribution of goods, manages inventory, coordinates logistics, and ensures that safety and compliance standards are met. **Duties** · Oversee the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedule staff to ensure proper staffing of all shifts. Keep team members informed about rules, regulations, policies, and objectives. · Hire and train new warehouse employees, ensuring proper safety orientation and licensing is conducted and documented.
