**HUB SUPERVISOR** **Overnight Parts Inc. (OPA)** **Reports To:** Territory Manager \| **Schedule:** Full\-Time; primarily Monday–Friday, with hours varying by HUB location and operational needs **About the Position** Overnight Parts Inc. is seeking a dependable, hands\-on leader to manage the daily operation of an OPA delivery HUB. The HUB Supervisor is responsible for driver performance, route coverage, safety, customer service, fleet readiness, and the overall execution of daily delivery operations. **This is not a desk\-management position. HUB Supervisors are expected to stay actively involved in field operations by delivering routes or conducting driver ride\-alongs a minimum of three days per week. This allows the Supervisor to directly observe driver performance, understand route and customer issues, and remain connected to the day\-to\-day operation.** **Primary Responsibilities** * Ensure all assigned delivery routes are covered and depart on time each day. * Maintain driver schedules and adequate staffing while minimizing unnecessary overtime. * Deliver a route or conduct a driver ride\-along a minimum of three days per week. * Ensure every driver receives a ride\-along ...
