**Work Schedule:** * **Hours:** 32–36 hours per week * **Shift Length:** 10\-hour shifts * **Monday–Friday:** 7:00 AM–6:00 PM * **Saturday–Sunday:** 8:00 AM–3:00 PM * **Weekends \& Holidays:** Rotating coverage required *Scheduled shifts will vary based on departmental needs and will fall within the hours listed above.* The Clinical Pharmacist works collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure safe, effective, and cost\-efficient medication therapy across multiple care settings. Responsibilities include medication management, patient education, drug therapy monitoring, and providing clinical and distributive pharmacy services. This role also supports the education and training of pharmacy students and residents while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and patient safety standards. **Education and Training Required****:** * Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy, additional education preferred. * ASHP accredited pharmacy (PGY\-1\) residency training preferred. * LTC consultation experience is preferred. * Working knowledge of clinic\-based operations preferred. * Certification by Board of Pharmacy preferred. * Licensed to practice in the State of Wi...
