**Summary:** Responsible for general ledger activities to ensure complete and accurate account reconciliations, issuing checks across parts of the organization, analysis, accruals, and fixed asset maintenance. **Duties:** * Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year\-end close; meet internal and external reporting deadline. * Timely completion of monthly account reconciliations. * Accurate preparation of journal entries as part of month\-end closing process. * Manage intercompany sales, payables and receivables, ensuring proper reconciliation and elimination at period end. * Support daily/weekly treasury functions by processing wires, checks, cash forecasting and other daily cash reporting functions. * Assist in updating documentation of processes and procedures. * Participate and partner with the finance team on key business initiatives. * Various audit schedules and functions as needed to support a clean and efficient year\-end audit. * Other duties as assigned. **Education and Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 3\+ years of related experience.
