**POSITION SUMMARY:** Ibis Healthcare seeking a dynamic and energetic Marketing and Communications Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, implementing, tracking, promoting, and monitoring the company's marketing and communication strategy in an effort to increase brand awareness, improve traditional and digital marketing efforts, increase online presence, drive traffic, and increase engagement with relevant audiences. Develop marketing materials, including digital and paper\-based flyers, social media posts, blogs, and advertisements. Translate business goals into successful marketing and communication campaigns and demonstrate marketing return on investment. Research, analyze, and assess marketing data for trends and opportunities, and align content with company goals, which may be based on specific grant requirements. Collaborate with other departments to fully understand product and communication needs, network, develop, and build community engagement.
