BHE GT\&S has an exciting career opportunity for a Supervisor, Gas Transmission Operations at our Leesburg Station in Leesburg, VA. * Supervise employees and contractors engaged in the operation and maintenance of natural gas handling facilities and related equipment. * Ensure the safe reliable and efficient operation of natural gas transmission and storage facilities and equipment. * Monitor and inspect job sites facilities and databases to ensure company procedures are followed and that compliance is maintained relative to all applicable local state and federal regulatory requirements. * Maintain a proactive planning and scheduling process to effectively utilize manpower and complete tasks within the time schedules established. * Develop implement and monitor budgets for O\&M and Capital Projects. * Manage projects (e.g. generate prioritize schedule scope estimate requisition materials contract track and document). * Communicate across varied disciplines to complete tasks and resolve issues/act as a liaison with public officials' landowners' regulatory personnel contractors and company employees. * Train evaluate and coach direct reports to enhance job performance and ensure qual...
