Description

We are seeking an experienced **Corporate Controller** to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance for a complex, multi\-entity organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will oversee and develop a team of accounting professionals while managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, consolidated financial statements, general ledger integrity, budgeting support, external audits, lender reporting, and debt covenant compliance. Additional responsibilities include overseeing billing and revenue recognition, accounts receivable, tax compliance, internal controls, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 10\+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least five years in a Controller or Assistant Controller capacity, and a proven track record of leading and developing accounting teams. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, debt covenant calculations, and lender compliance is essential, along with advanced Excel skills and experience with a sophisticated ERP system.
