A well\-established manufacturing organization is seeking a **Senior Accountant** to join its finance team in West Michigan. This is a highly visible, hands\-on accounting role supporting a manufacturing operation and would be a great fit for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, understanding what is driving variances, and partnering with the business to improve financial performance. The Senior Accountant will have responsibility across general accounting, cost accounting, financial reporting, month\-end close, budgeting, and inventory analysis.
