The Community Connect Manager will collaborate and build relationships internally and externally, working with Connect sites and leaders to identify program priorities and establish supporting goals for success. The Regional Community Connect Manager will collaborate with the Epic Connect Director to oversee operational aspects of the Connect site’s relationship with UM Health, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure effective problem\-solving and communication.
