**Purpose of Position:** The Land Planner role will assist in shaping the Reynolds Lake Oconee campus. This position is responsible for analyzing and evaluation land use for Reynolds Lake Oconee’s master plan. Additionally, this role will assist the Director of Planning and Senior Planner in all aspects of land and site planning projects. **Duties and Responsibilities:** Design Implementation: * Conducts site observations and makes recommendations to Development Manager for field adjustments that may be needed for a complete quality project. * Assists Development Manager in the interpretation of design intent and project plans / specifications. Professional Design: * Responsible for the technical credibility and quality of designed projects. * Maintains clear and detailed correspondence and design documentation for all assigned projects. * Assists in any or all aspects of programming, design, construction documents, cost estimating, budgeting, and construction observation for assigned projects.
