Overview: The Associate Project Manager supports the management of residential projects from property acquisition through completion. Working closely with and under the guidance of Project Managers, this role coordinates project scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, documentation, quality control, and field operations to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while gaining hands\-on experience in residential construction project management. Must be local in Charleston, SC area for the role as property locations are in the area. Pay range for the role is $50,000 to $65,000 base salary. Responsibilities: * Assist Project Managers in coordinating residential renovation projects from planning through completion. * Support pre\-purchase property inspections and scope development. * Assist with scheduling contractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries to maintain project timelines. * Track project progress and provide regular updates to Project Managers. * Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, schedules, and job files. * Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed. * Conduct routine site visits to document pro...
