Description

The **Senior Director of School Operations and Student Support** works with the Chief Operating Officer on district enrollment projections, portfolio planning, implementation of the district’s capital plan, and quality service to school sites that have clear metrics for success across all operational divisions. The individual will provide analytical and communications support to ensure the district is planning for both the short and long term, and effectively communicating internally and with external stakeholders. In addition, the Senior Director will work with the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Operating Officers on emergent issues and initiatives, bringing an operational and financial lens to problem\-solving and decision\-making. We serve approximately 22,000 students at 37 elementary, middle, and high schools. Approximately 55% of students come from homes where English is not the primary language spoken. Combined, our students and families speak 55 different languages and hail from 91 countries of origin.
