The final hourly rate will be based on verified experience in Medicare\-certified home health, OASIS review, QAPI, clinical compliance, and survey preparation. **Position Overview** Dignified Nursing Home Health Care Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assist with clinical quality assurance, OASIS review, QAPI, Medicare compliance, and survey readiness. This is not an entry\-level position. Applicants must have recent, verifiable experience working with a Medicare\-certified skilled home health agency.
