**14 yr old female\- Trach/Vent.** **Patient is G\-tube dependent and requires total care** **Monday\-Sunday 7a\-7p** **$50/HR. 1099 Independent Contractor** \*Job Overview\* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN specializing in Pediatric Home Care to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality care to pediatric patients and their families. \*Responsibilities\* \- Provide direct patient care in a pediatric setting \- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians \- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team \- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention \- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes \- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation \*Requirements\* \- Valid RN license and BLS certification \- Previous experience in Pediatrics or related field preferred \- Knowledge of medical terminology and standards of care.
