Be part of the opening team at Encore Villas, a new build\-to\-rent community of 120 single\-story villa homes in Concord, NC. Eastwood Homes is building it, and VEST Residential will manage it. Every home is a detached single\-story villa with an attached garage, available in five floor plans. Residents get the space and privacy of a house without the upkeep of owning one. The amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center and business center, a beach\-entry pool with a cabana, a pet wash, and a planned dog park. High\-speed Wi\-Fi is included throughout the community, and there’s an EV charger on site. **Timeline** Construction is underway. The first homes and the clubhouse are scheduled to open in January 2027, and the remaining homes will be delivered in phases during lease\-up. The onsite team starts in early December 2026, before the first move\-in.
