**What to Expect** Tesla is looking for an experienced people leader to lead our ground operations group across North America. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for end\-to\-end ownership of the team including hiring, onboarding, upskilling, performance management and daily logistics operations execution. **What You'll Do*** Lead day\-to\-day management of Yard Management Associates, including coaching, performance management, scheduling, and development * Drive end\-to\-end logistics site readiness, including workplace standards, safety, and associate quality\-of\-life improvements * Own network throughput, operational efficiency, and carrier performance against logistics KPIs with Logistics Analyst groups * Cross functional collaboration with internal teams and external carriers/vendors to resolve operational issues and improve service * Manage team\-related expenses (labor, PPE, supplies) within plan and identify cost/productivity opportunities * Support broader finished\-product logistics needs across the network as required (launches, surges, special projects) **What You'll Bring*** Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Operations, or rel...
