**Job Summary** Reich Installation Services, Inc. is seeking a detail\-oriented and organized Project Operations and Systems Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of projects involving building automation systems, material handling systems, storage and rack systems, structures, and related installation projects. The projects Operations and Systems Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, field teams, customers, vendors, and suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep projects organized, properly supplied, accurately documented, and on schedule. This position plays an important role in coordinating project information, systems, materials, equipment, deliveries, documentation, and communication throughout the life of a project. This is an onsite position based in our Pewaukee, WI headquarters. The role combines project coordination, administrative, systems, and operational responsibilities with hands\-on warehouse and material support. The successful candidate should be comfortable moving between office responsibilities and warehouse activities as project needs require.
