**Position Summary:** The SHE Manager empowers excellence in safety, health and environmental sustainability across the Nestle Development Center (NDC) by developing, coordinating and executing Safety, Health, \& Environment (SHE) strategies and driving implementation. The SHE Manager provides leadership across all parts of the facility to enable staff to fulfill SHE goals and build safety culture behaviors and ensures daily employee compliance with government laws/regulations as well as Nestlé policy. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Create a compelling understanding of the Nestlé SHE values and inspire stakeholders to excel in compliance \& continuously improve. Promote a behavioral approach to SHE, based on Nestlé Leadership Framework. * Identify SHE priorities, current \& future challenges, and opportunities for change at NDC level. Develop a holistic strategy and implementation plan aligned with the overall organizational priorities and goals.
