Description

As a Crescent Operations Manager, you will be responsible for efficient and profitable overall operation of the branch. This includes supervising or overseeing areas such as: warehouse, drivers/delivery, inside sales, office/clerical. May also supervise outside sales staff. This individual will support district or branch manager in handling the day\-to\-day operations. **PRIMARY DUTIES:** * Assist with Job Management activities. * Participate in establishing inventory policies and enhancement of the inventory control system to satisfy market demands. * Contribute to setting policy on credit and receivables management as well as purchasing and accounts payable. * Assist in implementing correct pricing profiles to ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness in market place. * Provide inside sales support and warehouse support as needed. * Responsible for assisting with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of employees. * Responsibilities include: assisting with interviewing, hiring, terminating and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving pro...
