**Job Summary:** The Medical Assistant\-Radiology provides clinical and administrative support for the Pre\-Anesthesia Consultation and workup process for Imaging Exams or Procedures. They deliver age\-appropriate patient care for both pediatric and adult patients in the outpatient setting. Responsibilities include preparing patients for exams, obtaining vital signs, assisting with transfers and positioning, maintaining exam rooms, transporting patients, and completing related documentation. They use electronic systems to ensure accurate records, support efficient radiology operations, and maintain a safe, professional environment. **Education and Experience:** Completion of Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program, completion of School of Nursing fundamentals required or completion of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) program. Previous experience in the clinic or acute care setting preferred. **Knowledge and Skills:** Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position.
