**Overview** The MP\&L (Materials, Planning \& Logistics) Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all materials, production planning, inventory control, logistics, shipping, receiving, and customer scheduling activities to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer satisfaction objectives are achieved. This position leads the MP\&L team in developing and executing strategies that support efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, production scheduling, and on\-time customer delivery. Responsibilities Materials Management * Ensure raw materials and components are available to support production requirements. * Manage inventory levels to minimize shortages and excess inventory. * Oversee material planning and replenishment activities. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. * Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct cycle count reviews.
