Description: As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will perform and oversee daily shipping, receiving, and inventory activities in accordance with established procedures and commercial standards. In addition to hands\-on execution, this role provides day\-to\-day leadership, training, and workflow coordination for warehouse associates, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely material movement. This position requires a dependable, professional, and adaptable individual with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to identify inventory discrepancies, logistical inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities while supporting a safety\-first, continuous\-improvement culture consistent with modern manufacturing and distribution operations.
