**Description:** SUMMARY Responsible for processing and reconciling the organization’s accounts payable transactions by performing the following duties: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Validates and routes invoices through the system in a timely manner. Verifies all requests for payment and ensures appropriate documentation, account coding, and authorization for payment are received. Builds and maintains relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Posts accounts payable transactions from Tipalti to general ledger, reconciles accounts payable subsidiary ledger to the General Ledger, maintains all SYNK errors in Tipalti, and maintains accounts payable reports, manages electronic invoice workflow, and related documentation in accordance with the Agency’s record retention policies. Generates accounts payable report as directed by management and maintains related documentation in accordance with the organization’s record retention policies. Responds in a timely manner to vendor questions and team members regarding accounts payable invoice statuses and related policies and procedures.
