Design, develop, and deliver engaging classroom and operational training presentations. Maintain training programs for WMS\-related processes and warehouse operations. Train on site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and customer\-facing process documentation. Prepare detailed work instructions for operational functions and system processes. Conduct new\-hire training, onboarding, and cross\-training for associates and temporary staff. Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with operations leadership to ensure employees are trained on safety, quality, and productivity standards.
