Description

**Job Responsibilities** * Develops and executes best practices for material planning and inventory management. Owns material planning across purchased components to meet the demand plan. * Plans and schedules material flow to ensure appropriate warehousing and distribution of raw material, work\-in\-progress, and finished goods. Ensures Master Production Schedule (MPS) aligns with divisional SIOP volume and demand plan. * Ensures the correct inventory levels of plant raw material, work\-in\-progress, and finished goods are consistent with business requirements and working capital targets. * Oversees capacity planning while utilizing appropriate tools and analyses to ensure smooth production output. * Ensures customer scorecards, escalations, and order commitments are executed consistently. Serves as Voice of the Customer in planning, scheduling, and materials functions. * Responsible for effectively planning, directing, and executing the activities of the Demand Planning Materials team using a systems and database approach to meet the needs of the business. * Identifies, plans, and implements activities designed to reduce costs while improving quality, safety, and delivery methods...
