### **Role Snapshot** Oak Hill Contractors LLC is hiring a Financial Controller to ensure dependable construction financial reporting and help leadership make confident decisions. This senior, on\-site role owns the accounting function end\-to\-end and strengthens controls that protect company resources. Key responsibilities include leading the monthly close and producing monthly/quarterly/annual statements; managing job costing, WIP schedules, and percentage\-of\-completion revenue recognition; guiding budgeting, cash\-flow forecasting, and capital planning; and coordinating with external accountants, auditors, and bonding partners. As our Financial Controller, you will: * Oversee full accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and job cost accounting. * Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements * Maintain Work\-in\-Progress (WIP) schedules and monitor projects * Collaborate with project managers and estimators to capture labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs accurately. * Develop and manage budgets and cash flow forecasts to support operations and capital needs. * Monitor equipment costs, utilization, maintenance, a...
