**Time base:** Full\-Time **FLSA Status:** Non\-Exempt **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead field crews and perform hands\-on civil construction work. This position coordinates daily activities, labor, materials, and equipment to complete projects safely, on schedule, and in accordance with plans and specifications. The ideal candidate has strong civil construction knowledge, proven leadership skills, and accountability for crew performance and workmanship. **Duties/Responsibilities:** * Lead and work alongside civil crews performing site preparation, excavation, trenching, grading, backfill, compaction, and concrete work. * Review plans, specifications, scope of work, and project requirements with the Project Manager before mobilization. * Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and communicate production goals and expectations to crew members. * Verify required materials, tools, equipment, and supplies are available and in working order before leaving for the job site. **Duties/Responsibilities (continued):** * Conduct daily tailgate meetings and job hazard reviews; enforce company safety policies and required protective equipment. * Coordinate utilit...
