We are looking for an energetic and punctual Medical Assistant with Personal Injury experience to join our team. We treat patients who have sustained injuries from auto accidents. We are a modern clinic that puts patients first. We need someone who has great people skills and is able to multitask. At least 2 years experience is required. Bilingual is a plus. Monday \& Wednesday: 8:00am \- 5:00pm Tuesday \& Thursday: 8:00am \- 7:00pm Friday: 8:00am \- 12:00pm *Lunch 1:00 \- 2:00pm* **Duties Include:** \- Maintaining flow of patients between all providers and therapies \- Working closely with doctor **performing exercises and therapies** with patients according to the treatment plan \- Drawing blood when needed \- Setting patients up on therapy tables \- Monitoring patients \- Maintaining inventory \- Maintaining a clean/safe work environment \- bilingual preferred but not necessary \- Venipuncture/ Blood Draws **Front Desk duties include but not limited to:** \- Check patients in and out while greeting them with a smile \- Mailing/emailing new patient packets to all new patients \- Entering patient demographics in Athena \- Insurance verification on all new patients \- Maintaining a...
