Responsibilities: Related Digital is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in data center construction. This role spans all phases of project development—from concept to turnover—requiring expertise in pre\-development planning, scheduling, design coordination, cost control, construction, commissioning, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands\-on leader, capable of managing complex projects while collaborating effectively with Related’s design, development, finance, marketing, and sales teams. This position will be based fulltime in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Key responsibilities include: Due Diligence* Support onboarding of consulting teams for thorough site due diligence. * Evaluate sites to ensure alignment with design requirements, identifying feasibility, risks, and constraints.
