Dept. : R\&D – Formulation \& Development Qualification: Bachelor of Science or a related degree, with a minimum of 2–3 years of prior R\&D experience. Responsibilities: * Assist in developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting new and existing product formulations. * Prepare laboratory\-scale batches for formulation trials and preliminary evaluations. * Conduct experiments to assess product characteristics, aesthetics, and perform short\-term in\-house stability and compatibility tests. * Assist in preparing and maintaining the R\&D stability program, including preparation of stability batches and documentation. * Submit stability samples to internal or external laboratories and track ongoing studies. * Gather user feedback on lab trial batches and make modifications based on feedback and guidance from the formulation lead. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of lab trials, experimental procedures, observations, and results for traceability and future referenceStay informed of new ingredients, trends, and formulation technologies to support innovation and learning. * Support preparation of clinical trial batches and samples, including documentation and shipment coordination...
