Takco, Inc. is currently seeking a Highly Motivated Professional to Join our Team as a Project Manager. The primary role of the Project Manager will be to lead and manage all field operations on their assigned projects, including but not limited to owner/client interaction, communication and administration, supervising project engineers, superintendents, foremen, managing subcontractors/vendors, quality control, pay applications, safety management, and equipment utilization/coordination. **Qualifications** A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction is preferred, but not required. Knowledgeable of Municipal, City, and DOT construction including **underground utilities,** grading, earthwork, roadwork, engineering plans, project planning, subcontractors, and procurement. **Strong mass grading experience.** Knowledge of construction methods, inspections, and tests 30\-hour OSHA\-certification a plus Ensures that projects are completed on time, in compliance, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
