The Research Assistant is responsible for a variety of research related activities outlined by the designated assigned research protocol(s). Duties may include: activities for subject recruitment; data form design, data collection, data entry, conducting protocol related measurements or interventions with research participants, safety monitoring and reporting. **Requirements:** * Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health\-related field * Basic Life Support (CPR). * Must have knowledge of medical terminology, reading and interpreting medical records * Proficient with Windows based applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Requires self\-motivation and initiative skills; excellent verbal/written communication skills; desktop computing and operation skills. **Hours:** Monday \- Friday 8am to 5pm **Location:** 3901 University Blvd South, Jacksonville, FL 32216 **Compensation:** Experience, education and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
