Geosyntec is growing and we are looking for a **Senior** **Structural Engineer** to serve as a Team Leader and Manager within the Structural Engineering Team. This position will be based in our **Syracuse, NY office**. This position may offer flexibility to work a hybrid schedule at the discretion of the company**.** As a member of our growing practice, you will be asked to apply your knowledge of structural engineering to series of technically diverse and unique construction projects. As a manager your job will be to provide technical oversight, team coordination and workload leveling, and lead design teams through the engineering process and plan development.
